Carriers remain responsible for their own operating authority, safety, insurance, equipment, drivers, taxes, regulatory compliance, and final load decisions. A carrier may accept or decline a proposed load. Eight19 Logistics does not take possession of freight or operate the carrier’s equipment.
No guarantees
Freight rates, load availability, mileage, deadhead, revenue, profit, payment timing, broker approval, shipper approval, and route availability vary. Eight19 Logistics does not guarantee any specific rate, load, lane, revenue, profit, payment time, or business result.
Third party services
Brokers, shippers, factoring companies, insurers, compliance providers, load boards, and other third parties operate independently and make their own decisions. Referrals or links do not guarantee approval or performance and do not make Eight19 Logistics responsible for an independent provider.

You may use this website only for lawful information and inquiry purposes. You may not interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or business, or submit false authority or equipment information.
