Typical onboarding items
- Active motor carrier operating authority appropriate for the freight moved
- Current insurance meeting applicable requirements
- Completed W-9 and accurate legal business information
- Signed dispatch service agreement and written dispatch authorization
- Equipment and trailer details
- Preferred lanes, home time, and operating preferences
- Factoring or payment process details when applicable
- Required access for load board, ELD, tracking, or document coordination when applicable
